Hailing from the murky muddy river banks south of Detroit Michigan Ecorse Creek Orchestra brings you catchy horn fueled Rock & Roll with glimpses of Dr. John or sometimes Tom Waits as the group delivers upbeat music that'll have you dancing in your seat or even out of it. Tales from the Watershed also aims to tell rich stories with strong story lines. “‘Run Runaway’ was the first song written and recorded for this album and set the tone for the rest of ‘Tales from the Watershed,’” Carls says. “I wanted to be true to the album title and make each song a tale of its own. Some of the inspiration I drew from Johnny Cash's songwriting because when you're done listening to a Johnny Cash song, you know what the story of the song was about.”

Kele Fleming

Kele Fleming is a deeply gifted singer-songwriter who resides in British Columbia. Kele (pronounced Kelly) gracefully weaves the vulnerability of traditional folk with the raw power of rock and roll. Her voice is a thunderstorm of emotion and grit that generously pours into the souls of her listeners. Her music is packed to the brim with complex musicality, tender lyricism and contagious passion. Kele’s work explores deeply personal themes that she executes flawlessly. Her music is similar to the likes of female powerhouses such as Neko Case, Lucinda Williams and Kate Bush yet her sound is entirely fresh. Kele’s is armed with ferocious lyrics, a mesmerizing voice and a profound aptitude for instrumentation- the combination is rare and refreshing.  

 

She recently released the track and music video for “Sea in Me” about the oppression of wild animals living in captivity and how that relates to the world at large. The beautiful music video was shot by local legend R.d. Cane at Spanish Banks Beach in Vancouver. It is a lush and compelling video that is intentionally minimal, with only a quick cameo of Kele herself due to the restrictions of our time and the nature of the song. The track is featured on the new fully fleshed record entitled “The Song I Will Write For My Whole Life.” The album showcases Kele’s dynamic talent that instantly lingers to her audience. Silva

 

Silva was originally formed in the mid ‘90’s by a group of school friends from the Clare/Limerick border. With a focus on song craft and experimentation rather than musicianship, the band made some progress and had a lot of fun along the way...but ultimately fell by the wayside as members left for university and life moved on. 

Now many years later, and with time and some tech involved, some old songs (supported by a few new tunes) are being revisited - and many recorded for the first time. 

The music wears it’s influence on it’s sleeve - Pavement, dEUS, Bonnie Prince Billy etc - and has all been home recorded during various lockdowns in County Meath. 

Who knows some day maybe the band will play live together again.

The Blindfold Experience

The Blindfold Experience is a Musical Project with contributing artists from all over the world.

The musical journey starts in Sweden, from where the songs travel across the globe at a steady BPM to a dream team of hand picked musicians and singers. The performing artists vary from song to song.

The name Blindfold Experience was chosen because in most cases the performing musicians and vocalists never meet. We don’t even see each other; we’re just messaging each other and sending audio tracks across the world, adding our own parts and sending them back. Completely Corona Safe, and we still create a musically inspiring environment, as each musician adds his or her own touch to the song.

To this date we have performing artists, vocalists and mixing engineers from Sweden, the UK, the US, Argentina, Australia, Ecuador, Cyprus, Germany, Iceland, India, Poland and Ukraine.

A Band Called Paul

Based in Dublin, Ireland, A Band Called Paul is the creation of former orchestral percussionist, soundtrack composer and session musician Paul McDonnell. The band's music reflects the variety and depth of Paul's musical career with deft lane changes between hard rock, Latin jazz, indie rock, electronica and world music.

A Band Called Paul released their debut album, "Primero", in February 2019. They have released four singles from the album to date:
