“We want to do something that no other artist has ever done before,” he says. “In terms of the metal genre, there are legendary bands like Iron Maiden or Judas Priest or Metallica, and BABYMETAL receives a lot of inspiration from these legendary artists. But we don’t want to do something the same as these legendary bands, because that’s their colour.
